I have been working with this methodology for 15 years and officially became certified as an Advanced Coach in 2023.

About the methodology
The CliftonStrengths method, developed by Gallup, is a personality assessment that identifies an individual's top strengths by asking them to choose which of a series of paired statements best describes them, ultimately ranking their results across 34 "talent themes".
It's a tool that helps people identify their natural talents, such as natural thinking patterns and predictable behaviors, and how to use them to be successful. It was developed by educational psychologist Donald Clifton and the Gallup organization and is rooted in positive psychology.
Through the assessment individuals can understand their
natural strengths and utilize them more effectively in various aspects of life, including work and relationships.
